16 oz. Itialian Dressing
3 14-oz cans black eyed peas, Drained
2 14oz. cans white corn, Drained
1 14-oz. white Beans, Drained
8-10 green onions, chopped
4 cloves og garlic, minced
1 med. yellow pepper, chopped
1 med red pepper, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped purple onion
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
Mix all together. Let sit in Fridge for a couplr hours. Drain Before Serving. Serve with chips, or eat with fork.
